5. Digital E-Signature (Drawn / Script Signature)	Collected strictly and exclusively for stamping and legally executing your Creator Code of Conduct & Payout Agreement PDF. Never reused or shared for any other purpose.	Stamped on your master agreement archive.
6. Technical Telemetry (IP, Session Logs)	Security monitoring, fraud prevention, multi-accounting prevention, and platform anti-circumvention audit trails.	Rolling 180 days security log window.

Zero Bank / Financial Details Collected on Platform: Design Quixo does NOT collect or store your bank accounts, credit/debit cards, or UPI PINs on this website. The 60% creator earnings settlements are managed directly via official WhatsApp.

Your Statutory Rights as a Creator (DPDP Act 2023 / 2026 Chapter III)

Right to Access: You may request an itemized summary of all personal data held about you at any time.
Right to Correction: You may update or correct inaccurate profile details, phone numbers, or payout information.
Right to Erasure & Account Closure: Upon completing pending jobs and receiving earned payouts, you may request permanent deletion of your profile and data within thirty (30) days.
Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time through account settings or via our Grievance Desk.
Right of Grievance Redressal: Grievances are resolved within 7–15 days by our Data Protection Officer (designquixo@gmail.com | +91 86024 20897) with statutory right of escalation to the Data Protection Board of India (DPBI).
